2015 National Polka Festival Parade

Several Members of El Texa Grotto and Alla Grotto in a joint effort participated in the 49th Annual National Polka Festival parade over Memorial Day weekend (2015) in Ennis, Texas. Rain didn't dampen the spirits of the large crowd gathered along the streets of downtown Ennis. Many thanks go out to El Texa Grotto Master of Ceremonies Ricky Cliatt for his time and efforts in preparing his truck and trailer for participation in the parade. And big thank you to Alla Grotto Treasurer Harvey Dorman for treating us all to a Czech lunch consisting of: Barbeque Beef and Klobase, Parsley Potatoes, Green Beans, Sauerkraut, Bread, Czech Pastries, Tea or Coffee at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
